The Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre operates as a social enterprise, our commercial arm DSWC Ltd. donates all its operating profit to the DSWC Trust at the end of each financial year.
The aims of the charity are to deliver high quality, affordable water sports sessions to various sections of the community. Our particular focuses are on underprivileged young people, disabled people and those with special needs. To this end we run a number of fundraising sessions throughout the year to allow us to run our youth club and summer youth afloat sessions.

We are supported by Fundraising, Individual Volunteers, and Corporate Volunteering Projects.
Our Youth and Freedom Programs cost £33,000 to run in 2007.
