PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque or credit card (over the phone please). Credit card ensures immediate confirmation of course. (Cheque takes 5 days for confirmation.)

Terms and conditions of booking

All bookings are confirmed within 5 working days subject to payment being received.

If you cancel please let the Centre Office know as soon as possible and confirm in writing the same day.

Cancellations more than 28 days before the due date - full refund fee less £20.00.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 28 days before the due date.
(cancellation insurance is recommended)

The Centre reserves the right to:

a) Cancel a course/EVENT should the required numbers fail to reach a viable minimum (in which case a transfer or full refund will be made).

b) Request a participant who does not meet the course/event criteria to withdraw.

All attendees must comply with Centre safety regulations of the Centre staff.
