Now that the future is looking slightly clearer we are looking for staff to join our team for what is sure to be a busy season. Despite COVID-19 we still saw some 15,000 sessions delivered in 2020, join us and make 2021 even better.

Based in East London we are a Registered Charity and provide Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Powerboating, Open Water Swimming to all sectors of the community.

The Roles
We’re looking to recruit one candidate into a position of a ‘Lead Instructor’ and 3/4 additional ‘Watersports Instructors’ to join our team on a full-time basis for the 2021 season. The Centre provides activities from 0700-2100 every day and you will be required to work on a rota with colleagues to ensure cover is adequate at all times. The posts will be for a period of six months commencing 1st April.

The right candidate will be professional and knowledgeable; always striving to go above and beyond for the clients; most importantly have a fun and vibrant personality, looking to impart your love of watersports to all and strive to bring our clients into the watersports family rather than viewing them as mere customers.
