Our charismatic DJ wasted no time in getting the kids into action with musical games and a disco. Monsters and deathly demons dominated the dance floor from start to end. It was not all scary though. The mummy wrap game had everybody rolling on the floor.
For kids feeling a bit more creative, they could choose to buy beads and colouring-in crafts to keep them busy.
The face-painting stall was no doubt the most popular stall with long lines all afternoon.
One mum comments “This is the first time we’ve been here and this is a great venue for a party. My kids are having so much fun!”

Decorating the large hall took almost a full day.
Their hard work paid off as more than 150 people – parents, toddlers, children, babies in prams – descended in droves on our spooktacular event on Sunday.
For the pumpkin carving, spooky cake decoration and best Halloween costume competition, winners received a hamper of goodies, youth club membership and a meal at the Island Bar and Restaurant, the centre’s brand new venture. The Island Bar and Restaurant opens Thursdays to Sundays from 4pm to 11pm.
Docklands Sailing and Watersports is a charitable organisation.
